SAO PAULO/RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) -Yara Worldwide ASA is near buying the fertilizer unit placed on sale by state-controlled oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA, often known as Petrobras, two sources with information of the matter mentioned on Friday.
